Scholarship Fund
COWL members have made available a scholarship fund to assist mature women who wish to continue their education. 

Mentoring
COWL sponsors the Girls Scouts as their sister organization. 

Speakers Bureau
A project of the Educational Outreach Committee enables members to prepare a 10-minute power point presentation promoting the mission of COWL  Whenever COWL is contacted for a speaker, the member may bring the presentation to the speaking engagement.

Recognition and Awards
COWL has been recognized by numerous organizations for its strong efforts to protect women, children and families.

Bi-annual Retreat
A key event, the retreat is a 2-day workshop of learning, interacting, sharing and growing.
